We are looking for an experienced HelpDesk Specialist to help us define and build our Support structure.
The team will cover autonomously both L1 and L2 level of support and the writing of scripts and guidelines as well as supporting L3 engineers in resolving advanced issues.
Most of the activities will be end-user and partner facing. Due to the international requirements of the role, we require fluency in Italian and English alongside some technical skills.
- Italian (B1) and English (B2)
- Experience in similar roles
- Available for on call activities
- Experience in working alongside Technical Specialists
