L3 Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist that will work alongside our HelpDesk team, providing in depth knowledge of our product and working directly on the timely solution of issues pertaining L3.

Among your responsibilities will be learning and keeping up to date with the state of our software, availability for on call work and, from time to time, engaging with the partner.

The role requires understanding issues, and identifying and communicating work-arounds within the timeframes of the SLAs.
