Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to handle FacilityLive cloud services. The person will be responsible for the compliance of SLAs and OLAs, directing teams both internal and external.

The person will also manage the delivery of new functionalities required by the business while protecting the integrity of existing services and making sure all employee and contractors carry out processes to ITIL standards.

Skills Required

  • From 2 to 5 years in a similar role
  • ITIL experience
  • Italian and English fluency (B2)
  • On call availability

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing PAAS Cloud solutions using Micro Services
